"No matter how far down the wrong road you have gone, turn back down now."

This is a kind of general idea. Every day is a good day to just <fill by yourself>.
As example, a few years ago, in another life, I worked in a very social environment and on a very demanding solo project at the same time. Many problems, many doubts, horrible stress, and many distractions... at the same time. Every day I worked very hard, but I didn't see this in results, and it was hard to measure "my pain". Almost every day I was "sick" and frustrated because I didn't know, if I was doing... what I was supposed to do.
One day, I've just had enough!
I've decided to find a way to keep focus and to measure my effort somehow.
- At first, I started to use the Pomodoro technique/timer and pause it on every distraction.
- Second, I've started to measure how many pomo's I did every day
- At the end, I've decided how many pomo's is enough and how many make me have a really big headache.
This was the very basic package :)
From that day, I started to know my numbers, and I somehow felt free. I did move forward, to ... another enough, and another enough.
(post without AI - as you see ;) )
